Return & Exchange Policy

Difference Makes You Different.
At Solomrf, we want you to love every item you purchase from us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with an exchange or return — as long as the product meets our policy conditions.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- In original packaging, with all tags attached
- Free from perfume, makeup marks, stains, or damage
If the product shows any signs of use, we will not be able to accept the return or exchange.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds.
Customers may exchange their item for:
- A different size
- A different color
- A different product of equal value
If the new item is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
3 Day Notification Window
Customers must inform us within 3 days of receiving the product if they wish to return or exchange.

Requests sent after the 3-day window will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item.
If an exchange is approved, we will send the replacement once we receive and inspect the original item.We may share limited data only with trusted partners such as:
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
Final Decision
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection. SOLOMRF reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the policy requirements.
